The fixed Instructor and Organization tiers are designed for straightforward internal deployments. Larger or more complex programs are structured by written quote so the license matches the actual organization, delivery model, capacity, and term.
26+ unique learners or larger/staged cohorts
3+ named facilitators or pooled facilitator needs
Terms longer than 12 months, renewals, or staged multi-cohort programs
Multiple departments, sites, or organizations under an approved deployment structure
Enterprise LMS or controlled internal platform delivery
Consultant, client-delivery, or public-program rights when separately authorized
Scaled physical fulfillment for instructor and participant materials
Quote-based licensing: any requirement outside the fixed-tier grant can trigger an expanded-use quote even when learner count is 25 or fewer. Expanded-use orders define learner capacity, facilitator capacity, organization/site scope, license term, delivery rights, digital distribution boundaries, and physical fulfillment in writing. The standard $399 Instructor and $699 Organization tiers do not automatically expand those rights.
