Product Purchase Terms

Version: AIPUH-PRODUCT-TERMS-2026-09-03. Seller and publisher: Cedarwick Press is a publishing imprint operated by B & D Young Enterprises, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Order questions may be sent to orders@cedarwickpress.com.

1. Scope

These terms apply to direct Cedarwick Press purchases of digital books and files, printed books, workbooks, self-study materials, physical add-ons, participant kits, instructor print sets, classroom bundles, and other products identified on the applicable product page or checkout. A separate written training license governs Instructor, Team, Organization, participant-distribution, controlled-facilitator, or similar courseware rights.

2. What an order includes

An order includes only the formats, quantities, physical components, digital files, and license rights expressly identified on the product page, checkout, order confirmation, package manifest, or applicable written license. A purchase does not transfer copyright, source ownership, trademark rights, resale rights, public-distribution rights, or any right not expressly granted.

3. Personal-use purchases

Unless a separate written license says otherwise, standalone Handbook, Workbook, Self-Study System, and similar consumer purchases are licensed to one purchaser for that purchaser's own reading, study, reference, and ordinary internal professional use. The purchaser may keep reasonable backup copies of digital files and use them on devices under the purchaser's control.

4. Prohibited redistribution

A personal-use purchase does not authorize resale, sublicensing, public posting, public or unrestricted repository uploads, team or class distribution, removal of rights notices, creation of a substantially complete substitute edition, or use as a substitute for an Instructor, Team, Organization, or other applicable license. Short quotations and other uses permitted by applicable law are not restricted.

5. Digital delivery

Digital access is provided only after payment or entitlement is successfully verified. Download links, access tokens, and controlled files are private to the purchaser or authorized license holder and must not be shared except as expressly allowed by an applicable written license.

6. Physical products and print-on-demand fulfillment

Printed products may be produced and fulfilled by Cedarwick Press or by a disclosed printing, shipping, or fulfillment provider. Product pages may identify trim, binding, paper, color, quantity, included components, or other physical specifications. Reasonable manufacturing variation that does not materially change the ordered product is not a defect.

7. Shipping, taxes, and delivery estimates

Shipping charges, transaction taxes, and other disclosed order charges are calculated or shown before purchase where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates unless Cedarwick Press expressly guarantees a date in writing. Carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, address errors supplied by the purchaser, and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

8. Physical materials do not create training rights

Buying printed Handbooks, Workbooks, participant kits, instructor print sets, classroom bundles, or other physical materials does not increase learner capacity, facilitator capacity, organization scope, credential rights, or the term of any training license. A physical participant kit sold for licensed training may be distributed only to a learner covered by the applicable active training license.

9. Product-current information

AI products, interfaces, models, pricing, and policies change. Publications and learning materials reflect the evidence and product-current review stated for their edition. Cedarwick Press does not promise that every third-party product detail will remain unchanged after publication. Material corrections, revisions, compatibility notices, or updated editions may be offered separately.

10. Independent publication

The AI Power User Handbook and related materials are independent Cedarwick Press publications and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI company unless Cedarwick Press later presents specific written evidence stating otherwise. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

11. No professional advice

Cedarwick Press publications and courseware are educational and informational. They do not create legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice or a professional-client relationship.

12. Payment processing

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider or merchant-of-record partner. Applicable transaction taxes may be calculated and collected by that provider where required. Do not send payment-card numbers or account credentials to Cedarwick Press by email.

13. Problems and remedies

Digital delivery problems, damaged or defective physical products, incorrect items, duplicate charges, and other order problems are handled under the Product Refund & Delivery Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Training and credential rights

Instructor, Team, Organization, participant-distribution, facilitator, controlled-answer, assessment, and credential rights are not included in an ordinary personal-use purchase. Those rights require the applicable separate written license. Purchasing training rights does not by itself authorize Cedarwick Press or Young Enterprises certification, credential issuance, badges, or official endorsement claims.

15. Governing law and order terms

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply by law. The terms version accepted for a completed order governs that order unless a later change is required by law or expressly agreed with the purchaser. Cedarwick Press may update terms for future orders. If the product page, checkout, order confirmation, and these general terms conflict about a product-specific quantity or included component, the more specific completed order record controls unless an applicable written license states otherwise.

Certificate-of-Completion eligibility

When a specific offer includes AI Power User Program Certificate-of-Completion eligibility, the standard digital certificate is issued by Young Enterprises at no additional certificate fee only after the learner satisfies the then-current completion requirements. Purchase, download, shipment, possession of course materials, or payment of a training license does not by itself qualify a person for issuance. Current launch eligibility and submission requirements are maintained at Young Enterprises Professional Learning Systems.

The Certificate of Completion is a completion record, not an academic degree, occupational license, accredited professional certification, college-credit award, CEU award, Controlled Assessment result, evaluator credential, or authorization to perform regulated work.
