Cedarwick Press policy

Product Refund & Delivery Policy

A remedy-first policy for digital access and physical publishing orders.

Policy version: AIPUH-PRODUCT-REFUNDS-2026-09-03. Questions may be sent to orders@cedarwickpress.com.

1. Before fulfillment begins

If an order can be canceled before digital access is delivered or physical production or fulfillment begins, contact Cedarwick Press promptly with the order reference and request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed once access has been delivered or a print-on-demand order has entered production.

2. Digital products after access is delivered

Because digital files can be retained after delivery, a change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed after access has been provided. Cedarwick Press will provide an appropriate remedy when files are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, materially misdescribed, duplicated in billing, or otherwise defective. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be corrected access, replacement files, or a refund.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect physical products

If a printed item arrives materially damaged, misprinted, incomplete, or materially different from the ordered product, contact Cedarwick Press promptly and preferably within 14 days after delivery. The purchaser may be asked for reasonable information or photographs needed to verify the fulfillment problem. Cedarwick Press may replace the affected item, arrange another appropriate remedy, or issue a refund when appropriate.

4. Lost or undelivered shipments

If tracking shows an unreasonable delay, a shipment is reported lost, or delivery does not occur, contact Cedarwick Press with the order reference. Cedarwick Press or its fulfillment provider may investigate with the carrier before sending a replacement or issuing another remedy.

5. Address errors and refused deliveries

The purchaser is responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Replacement shipping or reproduction costs caused solely by an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a held package may be charged to the purchaser to the extent permitted by law.

6. Change-of-mind returns for physical print-on-demand products

Many Cedarwick Press physical products are produced on demand. Unless the product page or applicable law provides otherwise, change-of-mind returns of correctly produced print-on-demand products are not guaranteed after production begins. This does not limit remedies for damage, defect, misprint, incorrect fulfillment, material misdescription, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Mixed digital and physical packages

A package may contain both immediately delivered digital components and later-fulfilled physical components. A problem with one component does not automatically require cancellation or refund of every other correctly delivered component. Cedarwick Press will apply a remedy proportionate to the affected portion of the order unless applicable law requires another result.

8. Payment-provider refunds

Stripe or another disclosed payment or merchant-of-record provider may administer transaction support or refunds for some orders. Provider processing times and card or bank posting times can vary.

9. How to request help and mandatory rights

Email orders@cedarwickpress.com with the order reference, purchaser email, product name, and a short description of the problem. Do not email payment-card numbers or account credentials. Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, warranty, charge-dispute, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived in the purchaser's jurisdiction.
