Operator. Cedarwick Press is a Young Enterprises imprint operated by B & D Young Enterprises, LLC.

Information collected

We may collect contact information, publishing interests, inquiry details, order or entitlement identifiers, and information voluntarily provided for support or licensing. Readers Club signup may also record consent and unsubscribe events, timestamps, signup source, and optional preferences such as first name, fiction/nonfiction interests, genres, author follows, soundtrack or extras interest, polls, and ARC interest.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, administer publishing updates and Readers Club preferences, deliver or support purchased products, maintain licensing records, honor consent or unsubscribe choices, prevent abuse, and meet operational or legal obligations.

Service providers

Website hosting, forms, and related infrastructure may be processed by Netlify. Payments and commerce may be processed by Stripe or another provider disclosed at checkout. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Email updates

Publishing and Readers Club email updates require affirmative consent. Preference questions are optional. Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing or publishing-update messages; an unsubscribe applies globally to Cedarwick marketing email unless the subscriber later completes an explicit re-subscribe action. Updating Readers Club preferences does not by itself re-subscribe an unsubscribed address.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for operations, payment and licensing records, support, legal requirements, backups, or disputes. Privacy and deletion requests may be sent to privacy@cedarwickpress.com.

Security

No website or service is completely secure. Do not send passwords, private keys, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information by email or public form. Security reports may be sent to security@cedarwickpress.com.
