Professional courseware license
AI Power User Instructor / Team License Terms
The licensing rules for internal facilitator-led delivery of The AI Power User training system.
Version: AIPUH-TEAM-LICENSE-2026-09-03. Licensor: Cedarwick Press is a publishing imprint operated by B & D Young Enterprises, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Order and license support: orders@cedarwickpress.com. Rights and expanded-use inquiries: rights@cedarwickpress.com.
1. Licensed product
The AI Power User Instructor / Team System is facilitator-led professional courseware built around The AI Power User Handbook — Flagship Edition. A completed license order grants only the limited rights stated for the purchased tier, recorded organization, named facilitator capacity, learner capacity, and license term. Copyright, ownership, source rights, trademark rights, resale rights, public-distribution rights, and credential rights are not transferred.
2. Key definitions
Licensed organization means the single organization recorded with the order. Named facilitator means an individual recorded as authorized to use controlled instructor materials and deliver the program. Learner means a unique individual who attends licensed instruction, receives or is given access to participant-facing licensed courseware, or otherwise participates in the licensed program. Learner cap means the total number of unique learners authorized during the license term; capacity does not automatically reset or recycle when a cohort ends. Participant-facing materials are only those materials Cedarwick Press designates for distribution to licensed learners.
3. Instructor Digital System — $399
The Instructor License authorizes one named instructor or facilitator, one licensed organization, up to 10 unique learners, one 12-month license term, and internal facilitator-led delivery of the AI Power User program within the licensed organization. The digital system may include the Flagship Handbook, Instructor / Facilitator materials, Facilitator Deck, designated participant-facing materials, Workbook, Case Pack, Quick Reference, Templates & Job Aids, Course Guide, Answer & Evaluation resources, crosswalks, compatibility materials, and other resources identified with the delivered package. The exact delivered components are controlled by the product page, checkout record, order confirmation, and package manifest for the purchased edition.
4. Instructor / Facilitator Physical Packages — $499 paperback / $549 hardcover
When offered with the Instructor License, the Instructor / Facilitator physical packages carry the same one-facilitator, one-organization, up-to-10-unique-learner, 12-month license scope as the $399 Instructor Digital System unless the completed order expressly states otherwise. The physical package is a separate fulfillment option and does not include the complete Digital Instructor E-Package. The $499 paperback package ships one Paperback Handbook, one spiral/coil-bound Workbook reference copy, one perfect-bound Participant Course Companion reference/master copy, and one perfect-bound controlled Instructor / Facilitator Manual. The $549 hardcover package uses the same instructor kit with the Hardcover Handbook. Each physical offer also receives only the specified digital-only instructor supplement: the editable Facilitator Deck and text/accessibility outline, Templates & Job Aids, Compatibility Guide, Self-Review Checklist, and controlled completion-administration materials required for centralized certificate processing. The complete $399 Digital Instructor E-Package remains a separate purchase unless the completed order expressly includes it. Choosing paperback or hardcover does not increase the learner cap, facilitator cap, organization scope, or license term.
5. Team License — $699
The Team License authorizes up to two named facilitators, one licensed organization, up to 25 unique learners, one 12-month license term, and internal facilitator-led delivery of the same program within the licensed organization. Unless the completed order expressly states otherwise, Team License rights are digital courseware rights. Physical instructor or participant materials are separate products or add-ons.
6. Organization and expanded-use licensing
Organization-wide, multi-organization, multi-site, client-delivery, consultant-delivery, larger-cohort, enterprise-LMS, public-program, or other use beyond the fixed Instructor or Team tiers requires an Organization License or other written authorization from Cedarwick Press. A fixed-price Instructor or Team License does not authorize an independent trainer or consultant to reuse the system across unrelated client organizations.
7. Learner counting and additional cohorts
Each unique learner counts once against the licensed learner cap when that person first participates in licensed instruction or receives participant-facing licensed courseware. Completing a class, leaving the organization, or ending access does not automatically return that capacity for a different person. A later cohort containing new learners requires sufficient unused capacity, additional licensed capacity, a renewed or replacement license, or another written license that expressly authorizes the additional learners. Contact Cedarwick Press before substituting a learner after licensed materials have already been distributed to that learner.
8. Participant-facing digital materials
Designated participant-facing digital materials may be copied, shared, or distributed only to learners counted within the active licensed learner cap and only for the licensed organization's internal training. The license does not authorize unlimited learners, public posting, public file sharing, unrestricted repository distribution, unrestricted or organization-wide LMS distribution, distribution to unrelated organizations, or reuse by a trainer across unrelated client organizations unless separate written authorization expressly permits that use.
9. Physical participant kits and classroom bundles
Participant print kits, classroom bundles, printed Handbooks, Workbooks, Participant Course Companions, or other physical learner materials may be purchased separately when offered. These are physical fulfillment products, not additional licenses. Purchasing physical participant kits does not create or increase learner capacity. A participant kit intended for licensed training may be issued only to a learner covered by the applicable active license. Purchasing a ten-kit classroom bundle does not add ten learners to an existing license.
10. Controlled instructor materials
The Instructor / Facilitator Manual, Facilitator Deck, Answer & Evaluation resources, scoring or answer material, assessment-control material, and other instructor-controlled resources are limited to the authorized named facilitator or facilitators and appropriate internal administrators who need access to administer the license. Controlled answers, scoring keys, evaluator materials, and assessment-control resources must not be distributed to learners or posted where learners or the public can retrieve them.
11. Internal-use scope
Instructor and Team licenses are for internal delivery within the single recorded licensed organization. They do not authorize public workshops, open-enrollment courses, paid client delivery, resale training, sublicensing, franchise use, or training delivered on behalf of unrelated organizations. Those uses require an Organization License, client-delivery license, or other written authorization that expressly permits the intended scope.
12. Prohibited uses
No resale, sublicensing, public posting, unrestricted repository upload, commercial redistribution of the licensed materials, removal of rights notices, credential issuance, or use beyond the recorded organization, facilitator cap, learner cap, and term is authorized. The purchaser must not create or distribute a substantially complete substitute edition of the Handbook, Workbook, Participant Course Companion, instructor materials, or controlled courseware from the licensed files.
13. Term, renewal, and archival copy
The active training right runs for 12 months from the verified license effective date unless the completed order states another term. During the active term, the licensed organization may run internal cohorts only within the purchased learner and facilitator limits. After expiration, the organization and named facilitators may retain an archival copy for records, but may not begin a new cohort, add new learners, make new participant distributions, or continue active controlled-courseware delivery until the license is renewed or replaced.
14. Organization and facilitator changes
License rights are tied to the recorded organization and named facilitator capacity and are not freely transferable. Contact Cedarwick Press before replacing a named facilitator, changing the licensed organization, transferring the program after a merger or reorganization, or making another material change to the license record. Approval may be documented by an updated license record or written authorization.
15. Physical materials, shipping, and replacements
Physical instructor sets and participant materials are governed by the quantities and components shown on the product page or completed order. Shipping, tax, printing-provider, damage, replacement, and delivery matters are governed by the Cedarwick Press Product Purchase Terms and Product Refund & Delivery Policy. A replacement physical item replaces the defective or missing item only and does not create additional license capacity.
16. Updates and edition compatibility
AI products, interfaces, models, pricing, and policies change. An active license covers use of the materials delivered or made available for that licensed term. Cedarwick Press may provide corrections, compatibility notices, or updated courseware when available but does not promise that third-party product details will remain unchanged. Materials from different editions should be combined only when Cedarwick Press identifies them as compatible.
17. Payment, delivery, and refunds
Payment may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider or merchant of record. Controlled digital files are delivered only after payment and license entitlement are verified. Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed after controlled files are delivered because the files can be retained. Missing, corrupted, inaccessible, materially misdescribed, damaged, misprinted, lost, or duplicate-billed order components will receive an appropriate remedy under the applicable purchase and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. License records and privacy
Cedarwick Press, Young Enterprises, and their payment or commerce providers may retain the license ID, organization, named facilitator information, learner and facilitator caps, accepted terms version, effective and expiration dates, order or session references, and other records reasonably needed to administer the license, provide support, prevent unauthorized access, and resolve scope or payment questions. The Privacy Policy also applies.
19. Credential and certification rights
This license authorizes training use only. It does not authorize the purchaser, organization, or facilitator to issue Cedarwick Press or Young Enterprises certifications, credentials, badges, certificates, seals, or claims of official certification. Credential issuance remains a separate program and approval authority unless a written agreement expressly grants those rights.
20. Independent publication and third-party marks
The AI Power User Handbook and related courseware are independent Cedarwick Press products and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI company unless Cedarwick Press later presents specific written evidence stating otherwise. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
21. Educational scope
The courseware is educational and informational. It does not create legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice or a professional-client relationship. Facilitators and organizations remain responsible for their own decisions, policies, supervision, participant safety, and consequential uses.
22. License enforcement and access suspension
Material use outside the licensed scope may result in suspension of new controlled-download access while the parties investigate or resolve the license scope. Suspension of hosted access does not expand or erase the underlying license restrictions. Cedarwick Press may pursue available contractual, intellectual-property, payment, or other lawful remedies for material breach.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia, without limiting mandatory rights or protections that apply by law.
24. Terms for the order
The terms version accepted at checkout governs that completed license order unless a later change is required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Cedarwick Press may update terms for future orders. The completed order record controls the purchased tier, price, quantities, and expressly included physical components. These license terms control the scope of training, copying, distribution, facilitator, learner, organization, and credential rights unless a separate signed agreement expressly supersedes them.
Certificate of Completion — centralized Young Enterprises issuance
For a licensed Instructor-led or Team participant who satisfies the current completion requirements, the standard digital AI Power User Program — Certificate of Completion is included at no additional certificate fee. Purchase alone does not qualify. The participant must be within the applicable licensed learner capacity and must complete the required learning sequence, required Workbook activities, current completion knowledge check, and responsible-use commitment.
An authorized named facilitator may attest participant completion and submit the approved completion roster. That authority does not permit the facilitator, organization, or participant to create, sign, number, verify, reproduce as an official issuer, or independently issue Young Enterprises certificates, badges, professional credentials, or substitute credentials. Young Enterprises is the central issuer and maintains the official verification record.
The Certificate of Completion is separate from the Controlled Assessment, evaluator authority, professional certification, badges, credential administration, and any future certification program. It does not create an academic degree, occupational license, accredited professional certification, college credit, CEUs, or regulated-work authority. Current completion requirements and certificate verification are available at young-ent.com/learning/ai-power-user/completion/ and young-ent.com/verify/.
