Start with the project, not the full manuscript.

Cedarwick Press is building its list deliberately. We are not currently accepting unsolicited full manuscripts. Authors and agents may send a concise query for a project that fits the press.

What we publish

Professional reference, practical nonfiction, and selected original fiction.

We look for work with a clear reader, a strong reason to exist, and enough substance to justify the reader's time. Current fiction interests include psychological crime, institutional suspense, and character-driven work where evidence, memory, systems, or hidden records matter to the story.

Before you query

Do not send a full manuscript unless requested.
Tell us the category, approximate word count, intended reader, and current project stage.
Include a concise pitch and a short description of why Cedarwick may be a fit.
Do not send confidential material, passwords, payment information, or irreplaceable originals.
A query is not an offer of publication, representation, or review.
