Team / Instructor License Terms
The fixed-price license terms for authorized internal facilitator-led delivery of The ChatGPT Power User training system.
Version: CPUH-TEAM-LICENSE-2026-08-18. Licensor: Cedarwick Press, the publishing imprint of B & D Young Enterprises, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Questions may be sent to publishing@young-ent.com.
1. Licensed product
The Team / Instructor System is downloadable facilitator-led courseware built around The ChatGPT Power User Handbook — Flagship Edition. A completed fixed-price license order grants the limited internal-use rights stated for the purchased tier. Copyright, ownership, source rights, trademark rights, resale rights, and public-distribution rights are not transferred.
2. Instructor License — $399
The Instructor License authorizes one named instructor or facilitator to deliver the 14-session program internally for one licensed organization to up to 10 learners during one 12-month license term.
3. Team License — $699
The Team License authorizes up to two named facilitators to deliver the same program internally for one licensed organization to up to 25 learners during one 12-month license term.
4. What is included
The controlled system may include the Flagship Handbook, Instructor & Facilitator Guide, 95-slide Facilitator Deck, participant materials, Workbook, Case Pack, Quick Reference, Templates & Job Aids, Course Guide, Answer & Evaluation Guide, crosswalks, compatibility materials, and related included resources identified with the delivered package.
5. Participant copying and distribution
Participant-facing materials may be copied or distributed only to people counted within the licensed learner cap and only for the licensed organization's internal training. The license does not authorize unlimited seats, public posting, public file sharing, unrestricted LMS distribution, or distribution to customers, affiliates, contractors, or other organizations unless a separate written license expressly allows it.
6. Controlled instructor materials
The Instructor & Facilitator Guide, Facilitator Deck, Answer & Evaluation Guide, scoring or answer material, and other instructor-controlled resources are for the named authorized facilitator or facilitators. Controlled answers or evaluator material must not be distributed to participants or posted where participants or the public can retrieve them.
7. Prohibited uses
No resale, sublicensing, public posting, unrestricted repository upload, commercial redistribution, removal of rights notices, or use beyond the recorded organization, facilitator cap, learner cap, and term is authorized. Organization-wide, multi-team, multi-site, client-delivery, or larger-cohort use requires an Organization License or other written authorization from Young Enterprises.
8. Term, renewal, and archival copy
The active training right runs for 12 months from the verified license effective date. During the active term, the licensed organization may run internal cohorts within the purchased learner and facilitator limits. After expiration, the organization and named facilitators may retain an archival copy for records, but may not begin a new cohort, add learners, or make new participant distributions until the license is renewed or replaced.
9. Organization and named facilitators
The checkout record identifies the licensed organization and primary named facilitator; a Team License may identify a second facilitator. License rights are tied to that organization and capacity and are not freely transferable. Contact publishing support before replacing a named facilitator or changing the licensed organization.
10. License record and privacy
Young Enterprises and its payment/commerce providers may retain the license ID, organization, named facilitator information, learner and facilitator caps, accepted terms version, effective and expiration dates, order/session references, and other records reasonably needed to administer the license, provide support, prevent unauthorized access, and resolve scope or payment questions. The Privacy Policy also applies.
11. Credential rights
This license authorizes training use only. It does not authorize the purchaser or facilitator to issue Young Enterprises certifications, credentials, badges, certificates, or claims of official certification. Credential issuance remains a separate program and approval authority.
12. Updates and product-current information
AI products, interfaces, models, pricing, and policies change. An active license covers use of the materials delivered or made available for that licensed term; Young Enterprises may provide corrections or updated courseware when available but does not promise that third-party product details will remain unchanged.
13. Payment, delivery, and refunds
Payment may be processed by Stripe acting as a disclosed payment provider or merchant of record. Controlled files are delivered only after payment and license entitlement are verified. Before controlled access is delivered, contact publishing support promptly to request cancellation when cancellation is still possible. After controlled files are delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed because the files can be retained; missing, corrupted, inaccessible, materially misdescribed, or duplicate-billed orders will receive an appropriate remedy. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Independent publication and third-party marks
This is an independent Cedarwick Press product. Cedarwick Press is a Young Enterprises imprint. It is not published, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by OpenAI unless Young Enterprises later presents specific written evidence stating otherwise. ChatGPT and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
15. Educational scope
The courseware is educational and informational. It does not create legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice or a professional-client relationship. Facilitators and organizations remain responsible for their own decisions, policies, supervision, and consequential uses.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia, without limiting mandatory rights or protections that apply by law.
17. Terms for the order
The terms version accepted at checkout governs that completed order unless a later change is required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Young Enterprises may update terms for future orders. Material use outside the licensed scope may result in suspension of new controlled-download access while the parties resolve the license scope; rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
